At Worker, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or visit one of our physical retail stores to hand over the return in person.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
